How to reserve your headphones and what to know at the event.
Reserve headphones
You reserve in a few steps on the event page.
- Choose the quantity, enter contact details, confirm privacy.
- You receive a confirmation with a booking code/QR.
- Availability is shown live.
Pickup & deposit
At the event you pick up the headphones against a deposit.
- Show your ticket/QR or give your name (walk-in possible).
- ID is only shown for verification, never retained.
- The deposit is money or an item — stored in the numbered locker.
Return
After the event you return the headphones and get your deposit back.
- Return the device (scan or name).
- The deposit is returned once all devices of your transaction are back.
Account & bookings
With a free account you can always find your bookings again — even without the confirmation email.
- Under “My account” you see all bookings incl. ticket/QR.
- Older bookings with the same email are linked automatically.
- Forgot your password? Request a link by email and reset it.
- Optional newsletter for new events — unsubscribe anytime.
