Organizers & terms
Create organizers, activate them and define terms in advance.
- Set terms (flat fee + price per device) per organizer.

Review requested events, assign devices and book costs as a record.

Key figures per event/organizer and export for accounting.
- Rental, admission and deposit figures plus real POS revenue.
- CSV export; live overview in the operator dashboard.
Operator team
Multiple users for the operator portal with full rights.
- Create users with name, email and password.
- Suspend/reactivate, reset password, delete.
- Login in addition to the ENV emergency account.
Platform branding & email
Configure the platform’s appearance and email sending.
- Platform logo/colors/theme for the back office.
- Set an email provider (Brevo/Postmark/SMTP) and send a test mail.
CMS pages
Maintain public pages (home, FAQ …) with the page builder.
- Pick templates, drag & drop blocks, save your own templates.
- Inline editing directly on the live page (for operators).
